Only one friend in this world could have me trying a rolled up tabacco in organic paper with a charcoal filter,
It was a moment to remember how we used to do it back in the day (20+ odd years ago).
Oddly, it didnt have the impact I ordinarily would have exprienced.
Normally I would have been ‘coughing my lungs’ off, metaphorically speaking.
This time it went unnoticed.
I think because I tried something I only recently came to discover.
What I experienced was the draging back slowly and in short spurts has less impact on my bronchial system than the remembered long drawn out and long held inhalation.
Also...
I cycled this morining before a 35 degree day here in Melbourne, Australia.
My cycling breathing exercise pattern consisted on 3 second inhale, 12 second hold, five exhale.
Worked well…
