Not sure what is going on… The last three days I have experienced heavy contractions. I could blame it on the recently government endorsed notion that weather such as storms can exacebate tightness of breathing. & yes, we did have storms three days ago, but that is too random for me to believe it true. Anyway… so i have been experiencing poor breathing and as a result of taking the blue puffer repeatativelyt during the day, I resorted to taking one puff of the burgandy coloured puffer which is more heavy-hitting so to speak. Now because of me taking medication, which is routine during unexplained and extreme poor breathing, I also double my physical exercise routine, so instrad of doing five kilometre bicycle coverage this morining, i did ten kilometres and breathing exercise was inhale two second, exhale fifteen seconds (deep diaghram intended) and held for three seconds, before inhalling two seconds again.

Now why did I choose this exercise? can anyone guess? a contraction to me means my chemical mix of oxygen to carbon dioxide is heavily weighted to oxygen. so inhale of two seconds is enought oxygen, the exhale and hold of breath is carbon dioxide. so the outcome at the end of the ten kilometre bike ride, favours carbon dioxide.

im not proud of my intake of the puffer inhaler but when my poor breathing is experienced for prolonged time of two days or more, inhalers has a place in my program of breathe-management.
