It just seems like all I do when cycling is breathwork to deepen my access to my diaphragm… That gargling type sound with a further stomach flench to have my stomach barrel inwards and then holding for as long as comfortable. When I jump off my bicycle my breathing returns to stable breathing and holds well...
That breathing technique again… Inhale one second, breathe out five seconds (or as long as comfortable) whilst pusing out make the sound of a gargle or that weezy sound and finish with a stomach tuck inwards.
